Holiday delays: During Israeli holidays, festivals and national observances, courier companies operate on reduced schedules or suspend service entirely. On such days the estimated delivery time (1–4 business days) is not binding and shipments may be delayed accordingly. These days do not count as business days for delivery estimation purposes.

Address changes: An address change can be requested only while the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an address change is confirmed, the delivery cycle restarts — the estimated delivery time (1–4 business days) is counted anew from the moment the updated address is confirmed.

Once a shipment has been dispatched, the order cannot be changed or exchanged. For defective, incorrect or undelivered items see the returns policy.
